Let this virtual fitness program fit into your lifestyle and budget so you can achieve your goal(s) and get you “wedding dress ready” faster! Your individualized program will accommodate your particular goal(s), available equipment/space, and any limitations you may have. Your program will consist of four 45 minute workouts/ week. It’ll include:

Bride and Groom
$149/month
Couples that workout together, stay together! Spend a little bonding time with your significant other by exercising side-by-side. Both of you will receive a customized workout that’ll accommodate both your needs! It’ll give you some accountability, motivation, and something to do together (besides wedding planning!). Both programs will include four 45 minute workouts/week that can be done together even with different fitness goals. Each program will accommodate both of your goal(s), available equipment/space, and any limitations. You both will receive:

Bridal Party
$50/month per person
(minimum of 3 people)
Add a level of competition and accountability to your workouts with individualized programs for the whole party. Each beauty will receive a customized fitness program comprised with four 45minute workouts/week with one common circuit among everyone. This circuit gives everyone some added motivation, accountability, and friendly competition every week. Each program will accommodate each girls’ particular goal(s), available equipment/space, and any limitations. Everyone will receive:
